The Dead and Dying
I glance around to see everyone laughing
 I can see everyone smiling
Having the times of their lives
I peer at everyone to see their bright souls
While I lie beneath the unforgiving knives
My soul is deep down in the dark
 And I beg for mercy
Tears pour down this weary face
As I shut out the world
 I hear them laughing
 Are they laughing at me?
How I wish for this feeling to die
Nothingness fills my life and feeds my sorrow
 I cannot face the day
 For I hate the light
 I'm dying
 Our am I already dead?
I just can't seem to be the victor of this fight
 I'm bleeding
 I'm crying
 I'm fading into the darkness
 I'm screaming for help
But no one can hear me
 I'm forever dying
For I am all but dead
And I see everyone around me dying
