One day in the jungle Cheetah went to a gambling center and saw Sloth. Cheetah slowly approached Sloth sitting alone at an old wooden table. He pulled up a chair and sat down with him. Cheetah had a deck of trick cards where it would make him win every time.

Cheetah asked, “Sloth, do you want to play a game of cards?”
Sloth replied, “Sure, but I’m not that good though!”
Cheetah asked, “Sloth, would you like to make a bet?”
Sloth replied, “Yes!”
Cheetah, “Tonight’s share of food?”
Sloth said, “Sounds good to me.”
Cheetah exclaimed, “Please excuse me, but I have to use the restroom.”
Sloth sat patiently waiting for Cheetah to get back. Cheetah took off his coat and entered the restroom. A sly little monkey took Cheetah’s cards right out of the coat and replaced it with regular cards. Cheetah got done and washed his hands, then exited the bathroom. Cheetah put his coat back on and walked back to the old wooden table.
Cheetah pulls out the cards and starts to shuffle them. Then carefully laid them on the table and gave himself five cards and sloth five. Then Cheetah chuckled still thinking he had the trick cards. Sloth took his finger and pushed up his glasses and inspected the cards carefully. Cheetah said, “On the count of three let’s lay our cards down.”
Cheetah said, “One, two, and three!”
They laid down their cards then paused to inspect each other's cards.
Cheetah’s jaw dropped in shock, “I lost, but how?”
Sloth shouted, “I won, I won, I won!”
Cheetah was so sad and whispered under his breathe, “I had trick cards.”
Cheetah respectfully handed his night of food over to Sloth.
Sloth exclaimed, “Good game.”
The two shook hands and walked away from each other. They never saw each other again, but as Sloth was walking out a shadowy small figure approached him. It was a figure almost the size of a monkey, but Sloth knew not of any monkey.
Monkey said, “Good job, Sloth. Good job.”
Sloth never understood how the shadowy figure knew he won, but decided not to ask.
