Stormy
The word “stormy” is always associated with moody, or quick to anger. The word stormy describes the flash in someone's eyes or the aura that settles around a person when they are angered. She is stormy, but she is not moody.
She is as calm as a lifeless pond, but she is stormy. Wherever she goes my eyes are glued to her step as if she was lightning striking the horizon. Her voice captures me like the pitter patter of rain on a rooftop. Her laugh thunders my thoughts and leaves me breathless. Her presence sets off a tornado of emotions, and her eyes leave me static, like the air before a storm.
She is a tempest, a roar of wind and the clash of the Gods. I wonder if she knows the lightning bolts she holds in her fingertips or the pull of tides she has on my gut.
She may not be moody, but she sure is a storm.
