Toothache Letter
Dear Iqa,
I'm rather surprised that you have been troubled by toothache of late.I believe if you keep good oral hygiene, you will not have any problem with your teeth.PerhapsI can help you with what I know.I remember reading an article about achieving good oral health,.Now I would like to share with you what I have read so that you will not be troubled by toothache anymore.
Of course, prevention is better than cure. The first thing that you should do is to brush your teeth every day.I am sure you have been doing this but do you have the right technique in brushing your teeth? It is important that you brush your teeth thoroughly, especially the chewing surface, the cheek side and the tongue side.Beside brushing, you need to floss your teeth regularly. This is because the bristles of the toothbrush will not be able to reach the areas between two adjacent teeth.
It would be advisable to use the correct toothpaste .A fluoridated toothpaste will help fight against dental caries.Besides, fluoride helps to strengthen tooth enamel, thus making it more resistant to tooth decay.
Sugar is sweet but is bad for your teeth.Avoid sugary snacks and drinks between meals. It may be difficult but try at least to cut down the consumption of sweet things. You should know that anything sweet put in the mouth will be broken down by bacteria into acid, which work immediately on the tooth surface. This will eventually result in the chemical breakdown of the tooth.
Since you have been having toothache,it is the time you paid a visit to the dentist. In fact, you should have regular dental checkups. This is to ensure your oral health and to avoid having any tooth problem
Get well soon.See you again. That's all from me.Thank you
Sincreley,
Syana
