Just Turn The Other Squeak
Everyone in Middle Forest knew that Riley, Shia, and Bianca were the best of friends. Whether it was sitting next to each other in class or going to the toilet-trees to do their business, they did everything together. Those three mice were inseparable. Then one day, Bianca stopped talking to Riley and Shia.Nobody knows exactly what happened to them except me. And I’m here to tell you how it all went down.
“C*** A DOODLE DOOO!” the school rooster crowed.
“Oh my god, I hate it when Mr. Owl makes us skitter three laps around the entire forest.” Shia complained. “Ugh, I know. I’m sweating like a pig right now and my fur’s all messed up! I just straightened it this morning!” Riley squeaked trying to tame her fur coat. “LOL, you do look like a mess, the both of you. See I don’t sweat. I’m a purebred mouse so I glow when I get hot. Not sweat like you mutt breeds.” Bianca bragged as she flipped her tail. Shia and Riley barely heard what Bianca said, as they were both trying to fix their fur in the pond reflection. “Hurry up guys! No one cares what you look like, we’re going to be late to class.” Bianca yelled as she dragged Shia and Riley away from the pond. Riley, Shia, and Bianca got to class right before the school rooster crowed and sat in their seats.
“Hey Kitten! What’s up?” Riley questioned to her fellow classmate.
“Nothing much, but do you, Shia, and Bianca want to hang out after school today?”
“I’d love to! Let me just ask Shia and Bianca.”
Riley turned around to tell Shia and Bianca the news. Shia was excited to hang out with Kitten, but Bianca felt a little differently.
“What the squeak?! Of course I don’t want to hang out with Kitten. She’s such a nobody it’s not even funny.” Bianca remarked in disgust.
“But she’s so nice and—“
“NO. No means not I can’t be seen with her, she might ruin my reputation.”
“Ok, we’ll catch up with you later.’
“Yeah, whatever,” Bianca replied while she was admiring herself, “Hey, have you guys checked out my tail end recently?” Bianca asked Shia and Riley.
Before they could say anything, Bianca boosted, “Because it’s been really perky lately. I’ve been doing squats since I don’t want my tail end to look as flat as yours. Anyways, bye! Have fun hanging with Mitten or whatever her name is.” Bianca snickered as she walked to her locker.
“Have you noticed that Bianca’s been a little rude lately?” Shia asked Riley.
“Yeah, I have. I guess that’s Bianca for you. C’mon let’s go meet Kitten.” They began their way towards Kitten until Shia yelled, “Oh wait! Bianca has my homework. Wait here while I go get it.” As Shia was walking the trail paths, she heard Bianca’s loud voice.
“I need to find a way to get Shia and Riley to stop following me. Like they’re so annoying, I’d rather gain 5 ounces eating cheese then hang out with those two.” Bianca complained to her friend.
Shia ran back to Riley and screamed, “Bianca’s a no-good-lying-fake-ugly mouse that I have ever met! I just heard her say she didn’t want to be friends with us anymore.” When Riley heard this, anger swelled inside and she yelled, “What a SQUEAKing fake! We are so telling her off tomorrow! Let’s go to our real friends Shia!”
The next day, Riley and Shia confronted Bianca and told her that they couldn’t be friends with such a mouse like her. All Bianca replied with was, “Whatever, I never needed you anyways.”It turns out she did need them. Eventually Bianca’s fakeness caught up with her and nobody wanted to be her friend. Riley and Shia found themselves much happier and confident without Bianca around and they never missed being her friends.
