Goodbye
Its time to say goodbye at those words Theo lost it and ran out of the waiting room and into the busy street. But daddy's face stayed as blank as a block of wood. My baby was dying and I had to say goodbye. I forced my stick like legs to walk to her room I remember passing a mirror on that somber walk and seeing my reflection. Suddenly everything reminded me of her my deep unbreakable frown brought back the memory of how she laughed at my deep somber looks her laughter and smile made the sun luminescent with joy and the stars sparkle and shine with delight. My puffy red eyes from all the tears reminded me of her chubby cheeks that made the evergreen trees greener and the forever glowing moon brighten and her blue eyes the eyes that the sea waves to and the sky envies were my favorite part about her because they made us look related. “Come quick shes almost gone”, said the nurse. When I walked in the room she just lay there not smiling not frowning just being. I placed her nimble hand in mine and I felt has it lost warmth and she left us. But she never died because she never belonged on earth at least not know. Her smile and laughter belonged to the sun and the stars. Her golden cheeks belonged to the ever green trees and the moon and her blue eyes those eyes belonged to me.
