The Unlikely Love
Once upon a time there was a girl named Susie. Susie loved pandas and wanted to have one as a pet. When Susie was around sixteen years of age she worked at a zoo for only pandas. When Susie was around 20 of age she became a zoologist, she loved working at a zoo where now she not only looks at the animals from the outside, she can pet them and hold them too.
One day while Susie was in China she came across a baby red panda and she named it Sam. Sam was a very nice panda and he loved to be around Susie. One day Sam put some bamboo on Susie’s door step out in the jungle when Susie woke up she yelled at Sam because he did not only put one stick of bamboo but one hundred sticks of bamboo. She yelled and yelled. She was so mad she went in her jungle hut and never came out for a whole 3 weeks. She came out when she heard a song that went like boomity, boom da boom, boomity boom da boom etc. , She heard that over and over for about five minutes and then it stopped she looked out the window Sam was holding a homemade xylophone made of bamboo and two sticks. Why he stopped was because he was playing too hard and broke the sticks. But that’s okay, he just made two more. Boomity boom da boom, boomity boom da boom he played again. When Susie asked him who the song was for, he gave her a note that said “I wrote the song for you cause I love you Susie.” She was very surprised and was very happy.
All of a sudden a leopard jumped out of no where and attacked Sam. Susie ran and got her gun but by the time she came back the leopard was gone and Sam was bruised and bleeding. Once Susie saw Sam she picked him up and carried him to the nearest animal hospital. They put on the table and worked on him for five straight hours. When they came out without him, Susie knew he was gone but then they rolled him out of the room and she saw a face she could never ever forget and said, “Sam I thought I lost you.” Then Sam said in a voice everyone could hear “It takes more then one little leopard to kill me.”, Susie says “That bamboo has made you strong.” “But my LOVE for you is STRONGER.” said Sam, “But we can never be together cause I am a human and you are a red panda bear,” said Susie , “We could call the witch doctor” said Sam. He would know what to do. “Which doctor is that? The one that saved you or the one in the front room.” “The witch doctor,” Sam replied.
“I know that,” said Susie, “but which doctor?”
“The W-I-T-C-H D-O-C-T-O-R!”
“OOOOOOHHHHHH, I get it. Where can we find him?”
“I know where we can find him, under the swinging XingMing bridge.”
So they went on their way and finally got to XingMing bridge. They went under the bridge and through a door that said WITCH DOCTOR. When they went in his cave but no one was there so they decided to leave when POOF a cloud of smoke filled the cave and there standing was the witch doctor.
”What do you want?”
“Well my name is Sam and I want to be a human.”
“Well I see Hmmm. Let me look that up in my Witch Doctor manual. It’s been a long time since I turn anyone into a human.”
Susie looks , “really?”
The witch said, “not really.”
He opened a big nasty looking book with blood on it.
Susie said, “eww, is that blood?”
He laughed and said “no, I spilled some cherry juice on it, I got it, you must bring me the tip of leopard’s tail.”
Sam, said, “Does it have to be a leopard?”
“That’s what the book says, said the witch doctor. Do you want to be a human or not?”
“I don’t mind being a human just not lunch” said Sam.
So they left the witch doctor and set out to find the leopard. Sure enough, it wasn’t long before they saw him fast asleep hanging on branch with his tail dangling down. And with one quick slice Susie cut the tip of the leopard’s tail and off they ran.Well, not really. Pandas don’t run fast.
When they got back to the witch doctor’s cave he had already started the potion that would turn Sam into a human. When the final ingredient was put into the potion it turned yellow and smelled horrible.
“What do I have to do with that,” said Sam.
“You must drink it,” said the witch doctor.
So Sam immediately drank the potion but nothing happened,
Susie said, “Let me taste it,”
And poof Susie turned into a red panda.
“But I wanted to be a human.” said Sam
“It is ok we are still together” Susie replied
And they lived happily ever after munching and crunching their way through life on bamboo.
