MONEY FOR A MOVIE
MONEY FOR A MOVIE
by
Shalajah Martin
Isaac and Isaiah are ordinary twins that are 14 and have ordinary days. The boys have a wide screen television. They saw a commercial and the commercial was inspirational talking about following your dreams. The boys came up with the biggest idea/biggest dream. Isaac and Isaiah want to go to Los Angeles, and make the most popular movie ever made in 2015.
Isaac and Isaiah don’t have the money for the flight to Los Angeles or for the movie producers. In total that cost is 2,000,000. They tried raising money by washing cars. They went in the hallway closet and got towels and a bucket. They went into the kitchen and got some dish soap and then, they went outside to the driveway. They grabbed the bucket, filled it with hose water, then dumped half of the soap into the bucket, and then they dropped the towel into the soapy water. A rich guy came and said, “I see your sign and if you boys give my car a decent wash then watch it while i go for my hour walk i’ll pay you 2,000,000 dollars.” The boys agreed. The rich guy handed them their money and they began washing while the guy walked. When they were wiping the inside they accidentally moved the gears from park to drive. The car rolled backwards and it wrecked. The boys called for a mechanic. The mechanic arrived and the boys told the mechanic that they need to get the car fixed in 45 minutes. The mechanic told them in order to get it fixed in 45 minutes it will be 2,000,000 dollars. The boys were sad but they had to do the right thing and they gave the guy the 2,000,000 dollars, and got the car fixed in time. The rich guy said thank you and drove off not knowing that the boys had wrecked the car and gave up the money to get it fixed.
Isaac and Isaiah tried to put up a lemonade stand. They went to the store and bought lemons. They arrived home and started chopping all the lemons in half. They squeezed out the lemons and poured the juice into a pitcher. The boys almost forgot the sugar and so Isaac went to the cabinet and got out the pure sugar and poured it into the pitcher. They stirred it up. The boys went outside and started building the lemonade stand, and the little girl Suzy saw them trying to raise good money so, she did too. The boys were done and they had their stand waiting for customers to arrive, but litle girl Suzy was also finished and she had the whole world at her stand only because of her cuteness. The boys were doomed. They were bummed out because nothing worked.
Isaac and Isaiah came up with the idea of selling candy. The boys went to the 99 cent store and bought tons of candy. They bought snickers, hersheys, and twix. The boys went from door to door asking if they wanted to buy candy. Everybody looked at the boys as of they lost their minds. Isaiah and Isaac were sad, because nobody trusted them or took them seriously. They thought their dreams were crushed. They walked home one foot after the other in shame. They entered the door and sat down on the couch. They sat and began to think. 2 hours passed by and still no idea. Finally Isaac jumps up and two seconds after Isaiah jumps up too. Isaac says lets have a rally fundraiser and Isaiah says lets work at the Flea Market full time. So, one worked at the Flea Market and the other ran a rally. After 24 hours they both had made 1,000 dollas. They put it together and they had just enough money to make their movie. They left within two days, paid the movie producers as well as their flight, and their movie was at the top of the boards.
In return the boys got 27,861,456,000,000,000 dollars. The boys became rich and famous. The boys bought mansions that were 5464892360000000 ft high, and the color of the mansions were a dark shiny blue, a hot pink ,and a tap of silver streaks. The boys sat inside their mansions and just relaxed and celebrated how far they have come. Next thing you know Isaiah started crying. Isiah was crying because he was thinking about his family.
One bright and very hot summer day, the twins and their little sister mary were outside playing tag. The kids mother and father were inside the house. Their mom was baking cookies while their dad was watching his favorite show. The Isaac,Isaiah, and Mary were tired of playing tag so they sat down and just talked. Mary kept talking about what heaven looked like and she wouldn't stop. Isaac and Isaiah were getting tired of hearing Mary just keep changing the subject to heaven, the boys started to wonder why she was doing that. Mary finally stopped and went inside the house. The twins went inside too and that’s when they saw the commercial. The twins went outside. Mom went in the kitchen to get out the cookies and, right when she opened up the oven, the oven blew up and started a fire. She got electrocuted to death. Dad ran into the kitchen and saw mom dead he instantly went to find Mary. Mary was in the garage surrounded by flames and hotness. Dad rushed to save Mary and he took hold of Mary but, it was too late. The house started collapsing and they were no longer alive. The boys saw smoke where they lived and ran home, There were ambulance and police there. The boys broke out into tears. They remembered how Mary wouldn't stop talking about heaven and now that’s where she is. The boys knew that now on they had to do things that their family would be happy about, because now their 14 and desperate. The boys ended up moving in with their aunt Rosa and moved on with their lives.
Now that the boys are rich and famous they can be relieved and take care of their future.
