"If I had a flower for every time I thought of you...I could walk through my garden forever.” ― Alfred Tennyson

Blood trickles through his hand as he places it over his chest. He has been brought to his knees in defeat... He is fading away, such as his gray hair does as his clammy fingers run through it.

As easily as an arrow travels through the sky, so does this pain that travels through this man's heart.

This man has held on to something for too long... He has let the pain in his heart tear him apart and he has fought for something that would only ruin him in the end. This man crumbles down upon his face in his final despair. He has lost...

This man is left with a heart full of pain and that is all he will ever be... The man with a heart of pain.
