what therapy is really like
I wholeheartedly agree with Serena when she wrote about therapy in her article "What is Therapy Really Like." I thought about someone in particular the whole time. She estimated that one in eight teens suffer of some sort of depression. She also said that in 2012 one of twelve teens tried attempting suicide. These statistics are very sad. The way she describes how therapy works, I hope a lot more people read this article. To take it to heart, if any teen is feeling some sort of depression. Maybe therapy could be an option.
