New To Fame






“Good luck!”exclaimed Katy Perry as I left from backstage to do my audition.

“Thanks Katy!” I shouted quickly before they turned on my microphone.

As I walked on stage, I could feel the my nerves from my shaking hands to the upsetting feeling in my stomach. As I walked up the stairs to the stage, it felt like it took ages to finally reach the last step. As I open the door, the room quickly filled with with screaming audience from corner to corner.

“ Hi,What is your name hun?”,asked one of the judges.
“Hello,my name is Marina Styles i'm eighteen and i'm here because everyone keeps telling me how good i'm at singing!” I told the judges with a smile.

“Styles Styles I've heard of that name once or twice. Hey are you Harry's sister?” asked the male judge.

“Yes sir that is my brother “Ok hun what are you going to sing for us?” he asked me.

“I'm going to sing To Build A Home by The Cinematic Orchestra”I replied very nervous.

“Ok you may begin,” I heard a female voice say.

After I sang, it was time for the judges to choose if I was moving on or not.

“ You were amazing I have no word to explain what you just did you were just amazing, yes yes yes!” the judge exclaimed

The female judge also exclaimed, “No words just yes!”
Finally it is turn for the last judge to decide if I made it in or not.
The room is all of a sudden quiet not a single sound is to be heard.

“Yes”said the strong male voice “I think you deserve a chance to move on into the competition but you better make me proud”

“I will sir,” I replied with tears running down my face both of the tears running down my cheek like it a race. I walked out backstage Katy was waiting for me with her arms wide open ready to hug me.

Week after week the competition got better and better, and the chance of winning got smaller and smaller. As some of the competition left the show, I could feel a little bit of relief. ( At the finals, the last week of the competition) and the winner is Marina Styles. I won I had finally won after all the time I had spent on practicing and waiting, it all payed of. All those nervous that some times took over me were suddenly gone. My brother Harry and his band mates were all there backstage waiting for me with a bouquet of roses, and the others brought me flowers. I couldn't help it any more and my walk became a fast walk and I ran into my brother Harry's arms and bursted out crying on his shoulders because it had been along time since I had last seen him. They weren't tears of sadness, but they were tears of joy, I loved spending time with my older brother he always found ways to make me happy. Not that I was sad right know, but his jokes are so corny they were actually funny.

“Thanks for coming Harry I really missed you!” I said with a big smile on my face and a tear running down my cheek.

“ You welcome sis I love you and I wouldn't miss this for any thing in the world, and also because you were there when I became famous and when I needed you,” said Harry wiping off the tear on my cheek.

“ Oh and thank you guys for bringing me flowers they are really pretty I love them!” I exclaimed with joy.

“Your welcome Marina and those flowers are not as pretty as you are, they don't even compare to you!” stated Niall.

“Aww thanks again Niall you are so sweet like always!” I answered.

“ I actually thought you two were a couple for a minute there,” Liam joked but in a serious tone of voice.

“ Actually you two would look good as a couple no joke your cute together!” mentioned Zayn.

“Hey be careful there the big brother might get mad and who knows what might happen next!” Louis joked.

“I am a jealous brother,” stated Harry in a serious tone of voice.

We all headed to the van and not to the limo just so we wouldn't provoke caouse. Niall whispered something that I could not hear into the the chauffeur's ear. After a ten minute long drive we arrived at what looked like a restaurant I believe it read Nando's. The weird thing is that it was strangely dark once I walked in. All of a sudden I heard crowds of people shout out surprise, and the lights automatically turned on. I read a great big banner that said
“Congratulations Marina!”

“Wow, Harry went out of his way this time,” I said under my breath. Some how the waiter heard me and said to me “ Oh Honey, no your wrong, Niall was the one who organized and payed for all of this, your brother just helped!” As soon as I heard what the waiter had to say, I began to fast walk to Niall and I took him by surprise with a warm hug from behind.

“ Wow there!” he almost shouted.

“ I'm sorry. Did I scare you Niall?” I asked worried.

“ No I was just wondering who grabbed me for behind but I loved the fact that you hugged me!” he answered.

“ Anyway what was the reason for that?" he asked.

“ The reason for the hug was to thank you,” I answered.

“ Thank me for what?” he asked like if he didn't know.

“ You think I don't know that you organized all this party for me. Once again thank you so much.” I said to him.

“ Oh it was nothing,” he told me.

“ Yes it is, you shouldn't have done all of this, I would of much rather spend time with you and my brother and with the rest of the guys that I love so much!” I tolled him.

“ I would also like to spend more time with you alone, but do you like the party?” Niall asked.

“ Aww, of corse I love the party!” I answered back kissing him on the cheek. He kissed me back and took me to a room far from the others where it was quiet.

“ Here I want you to have this,” he said as he was putting something in my hand.

“ What is it?” I asked even though it was obvious.

“ It is a heart shaped neckless that I want you to keep to remember me by. Just in case you or I ever go on tour and we can't see each other as often,” he replied.

“ Thanks for the neckless but why did you give it to me?” I asked curiously.

“ Marina,” he tolled me looking into my light green eyes while I looked into his bright blue eyes, “ I think that I'm falling in love with you!”

“ Really?” I asked to confirm.

“ Yes really it all started when I saw you for the first time. When Harry invited me to his seventeenth birthday party at your mother's house and you came down from your room when you were done getting ready to receive the guests. We shook hands and I felt like melting because I had just touched the hand of the most beautiful young lady in the world!” Niall answered.

“ Oh Niall I think that i'm falling in love with you too because you are the most kind and caring person that I have ever met,” I tolled him gazing in his wonderful blue eyes.

“ Marina,” Niall said.

“ Yes,” I answered.

“ Do you what to be my girlfriend?” Niall asked.

“ Yes yes yes I would love to be your girlfriend it would make me the happiest girl in the world!” I answered with excitement, as we both walked out of the room holding hands.

(Months later after my first album.) My manager decided that I should go on tour I agreed, but I never thought about the consequences. As I was getting famous I got separated from my older brother Harry much more than we already were, and I can't stand being apart from Niall either.We were never at the same place at the same time. Although we do Skype and Face time, I still feel lonely and in need for a hug. My parents went on tour with me sometimes they also took turns my father was with Harry this month and my mother was with me this time, yet she wasn't with me until next week.

After nights of crying myself to sleep and thinking, I thought maybe me and my brother Harry could go on tour together with his band mates Niall, Liam, Louis, and Zayn as well, and that way we wouldn't be apart as much. The next morning I discussed my idea with my manager, Selena. Selena wanted to talk to my parents about it so I agreed because I wanted to be close to my brother Harry, and Niall as soon as possible.

“ Lets take the next flight to England to tell my parents please, I want them to know now” I said to Selena. (I am located in the United States at the moment.)

“ I will do all that I can to get you on the next flight to England,” Selena answered me.

“ Ok I got you on the first flight to England tomorrow morning at 10:30 am,” Selena mentioned.

“ Thank you so much Selena I couldn't ask for a better manager,” I tolled her.

“ Your welcome Marina and thank you for the complement!” Selena answered.

“ No problem,” I replied to her.

(The next morning at the airport.)

“ Oh, I can't wait to get to England I just can't!” I said to Selena.

“ Well your going to have to wait on the plane,” Selena said.

“ Very funny Selena,” I responded statistically.

“ Flight to Homes Chapel, Cheshire England is ready to aboard.” we heard a flight attendant say.We got on the plane and arrived at Homes Chapel.

“ Mother i'm home!” I shouted just as I began walking in the house.

“ Marina what are you doing here?” My mother asked,“ Weren't we suppose to see each other in a week?

“ Well yes, but I need to come here and tell you something in person,” I responded.

“ What did you need to tell me that was clearly very important, so that you would travel all the over here?” she asked

“ Oh mother, I have to travel anyways i'm on tour remember,” I tolled her, “ The thing that I wanted to tell you was that maybe Harry and I could go on tour together, that way we wouldn't be apart as much, and you and dad wouldn't be apart as much either.”

“ Oh Marina that sounds like a wonderful idea, and in my opinion I would say yes, but we would have to contact Harry's manager first,” my mother began to tell me.

“ We already did that and their manager said I could I just wanted to let you know,” I tolled her.

“ Then that says it all you can go on tour with your brother and the guys,” she finally agreed.

“ Oh, thank you, thank you so much, you make me so happy mother I love!” I said to her as kissed her on the cheek. “ Let me call Harry and tell him about the good news.”

“ Hello?” said harry in form of a question.

“ Harry it's Marina,” I answered.

“ Marina! I've missed the sound of your sweet voice!” said Harry with joy.

“ Harry, you won't be missing the sound of my voice ever again!” I tolled him with excitement.

“ What, why?” he asked

“ We are going on tour together!” I answered.

“ Oh my god Marina are you joking!” he replied

“ No i'm not I promise i'm taking a flight to were you are right now and I will join you on tour!” I exclaimed.

“ I can't wait to see you, and neither can Niall,” he tolled me.

(Eleven to thirteen hours later)

“ Harry!” I shouted as I arrived backstage in one of the concerts that One direction was performing at, just as Harry was coming backstage too.

“ Marina!” Harry shouted and began to run towards me with his arms wide open.

“ Harry I missed you so much!” I said and my tears began to shed.

“ I missed you too sis, I wouldn't change you for anybody in the world, even though we have had our fights I will always love you!” he tolled me with tears streaming down his face.

“ Your so sweet Harry, I love you too!” I said to him still hugging.

“ No hug for me?” I heard someone say, just when I turned around to try to match to voice with the face. I noticed it was Niall.

“ Niall! Theres plenty of hugs for my boyfriend!” I said to him.

“ I couldn't stand being with out you for a single second!” Niall tolled me.

“ I couldn't either!” I replied. “ I missed you so much!”

“ There's hugs for us too, right?” Zayn, Liam, and Louis asked together.

“ Of course there are! Come here!” I said to them as they squeezed me in a group hug. “ I also missed the funniest boys in the world!”

“ We missed you too Marina!” they all tolled me.
