He handed her a $100 bill, not knowing what she would do with it. The woman was very thankful for what the man did.But also very confused. The man walked off pleased of the good deed and started to scout for the next person he would hand the $100 bill to. The woman got home took out the money, simply smiled, and put the $100 bill to her heart. As she was doing that, she was walking to her room, so she could put the money in a safe place. Unlike other people that would spend this money on things that weren’t important, the woman saved it just in case of an emergency. Back on the streets, the man didn’t find anyone else to give the $100 bill to. It was almost as if he was waiting for them to come to him, or as if he was waiting for someone particular. The man felt good about himself, he felt good about the fact that he helps people out by handing them money even if he didn’t know what they were going to do with it. Two years later, the woman was struggling with her her bills. Her job wasn’t paying enough money to pay her bills and to buy food for her children. She decided to spend that money wisely. She was always coming home late leaving her children bread and coffee for dinner every night. She would normally come home around 4:00 A.M. every day, she only got 3 hours to sleep then it was back to a busy day, another day of coming home late. Her children hardly saw her during the day, it was only in the morning when they saw each other. Their father is no longer in their life, he decided to abandon his kids and their mother. For breakfast the kids had to eat old leftovers from 5 weeks before, they were always getting sick. Out on the streets the mother was doing things that she knows her children wouldn’t like. It took a year for her to get things straight. She decided to write a book about her life, hoping to get it published. Once she finished the book she mailed it out and waited days looking out the window to see if someone would come and bring her some good news. A few months later a well dressed man came up to her door. He knocked on the door, on the inside of the house they woman rushed to the door quickly. She answered the door and let the man in, the mans name was Mr.Caldwell. Mr.Caldwell was here to talk about the book the woman wrote. As they were talking the woman’s heart started pounding harder and harder. Hours into the conversation, Mr.Caldwell mentioned her book. “I am here to tell you that your book is going to be published, by my book company. My co-workers and I thought it was a great autobiography and we enjoyed how it told about the crueshal times in your life as a child all the way into adult hood.” Mr.Caldwell said. The woman zoned out for a few minutes but the only words that stuck in her head where “your book is going to be published”. Tears of joy ran down the woman’s face, she couldn’t believe that she actually accomplished something big in her life other than managing to support her family. As excited as she was she didn’t want to be too excited because she didn’t want to jinx it. Mr. Caldwell left the house after two hours and the woman was in such shock she didn’t know what to do next. She decided to tell her children about her book but she didn’t know how to tell them.Planning how she was going to tell her kids, she just went with the flow and told them. The kids were excited for their mother and they were also excited because they hoped to get better things in life now that their mom was going to be an author. The woman explained to her kids that they shouldn’t be too excited. When the woman went out to go get some groceries, she saw many people reading her book. With so much excitement she asked an elderly lady where those books were being sold. The woman walked down to the bookstore and saw a mob of people fighting for the leftover books. As years went by they woman became rich and famous but she didn’t change her family’s living style. The woman was almost a billionaire with all the autobiographies she wrote. When the woman was about 95 years of age, she had approximately 25 books written. She didn’t stop writing until her hands could not hold the pencil, which wasn’t long after her last book was published.
