I woke up at 6:30 a.m. with my alarm clock buzzing and making the most annoying sound in the world. I was fatigued but very exhilarated to get to my colleges. I took the car which is a Subaru BRZ 2013; it has 34 MPG.

I leave the house at 7:30 and drive to Iowa State University. Stop for gas at a Sinclair. I get a fierce grape Gatorade and a sub sandwich. Grape Gatorade is my favorite Gatorade. It is like drinking heaven. Next I go through the campus and go through some of the buildings. I see some of the dorm rooms, and I go through their athletic facility. Then I go and see their music hall and see what is in there. Then I drive through the campus and eat at a place called the Pizza Pit. I order pepperoni pizza when I went to the Pizza Pit. The warmth of the pizza engulfs me; it’s like I'm in another world. We always eat there all the time when we go to Ames. After that I am so stuffed; I drive to the Hilton Garden Inn.

Point 2- I wake up the next morning feeling a little tired; however, I was ready for the day. It is 8:00 when the wake up call goes off. I stop for breakfast at Starbucks. I order a Strawberry smoothie with whipped cream on top and a chocolate chip muffin. I drive till I it is lunchtime at about 12:00. I eat at Texas Roadhouse. I walk into the restaurant, and the smell engulfs me, and suddenly my mouth is salivating like crazy. It is the best food I've had in awhile. Then after I can walk again, I drive till it is dinner time, and I'm already hungary. I eat at the California Pizza Kitchen. Then after that I drive to my hotel called the Courtyard Cincinnati Blue Ash Marriott.

Point 3- The next morning I woke up at 7:00 and was starving. I drove to get some breakfast, however, I am not very hungry. I had some of the greatest bacon when I went to IHOP. It was magnificent how fittingly the bacon was cooked. After the meal I had to drive to Penn State University. When I got to the university, I go to the library. I research the university and see if it is right for me. I was excited to get on the road again. Before I got to the college I went to lunch at Down Under Steak House. I ordered the 12 oz. sirloin steak. It was by far the juiciest steak I’ve ever had. Then I drive to my hotel in Washington D.C.

The next day I get up early and go to the Capitol in Washington D.C. I have a tour group, and they take me into the Capitol and show me around. We go into the top part of the Capitol, and in the dome there are a whole bunch of paintings. It was very interesting how those paintings are there. It was stunning how someone could paint those. After I am at the Capitol I am super hungry and drive till I find a Starbucks in Virginia. As I walk in, the overwhelming aroma of coffee attacked me. I was so hungry; therefore, I ordered a muffin, lemon pound cake and a berry smoothie. I ordered it to go so I could get to my next college quicker. I drove till it was about 1:00 p.m., and I was already hungry so I found a restaurant in North Carolina called Port Land Grille. It sounded like a good restaurant so I stopped in. I ordered a big meal: a big steak and a lemonade. It was phenomenal, the steak was so tender. After that delicious meal I knew that I had to get on the road again. After I got gas at the nearest gas station I got on the road and was heading to Alabama. I had dinner at The Chef’s House in Augusta, Georgia. I order the pasta, breadsticks, and a lemonade. I don’t drink soda because I think it’s not necessary for your health. Next, I drove to a Holiday Inn Express at around 10:30 p.m.

I woke up around 7:30 a.m. and was excited to see Alabama’s college. Once I got to the university I walked around the campus and went through a couple buildings. I went to see where they have their gym’s and their football stadium. Then I go and see the Rodge Library for Science and Engineering. After I saw some of the college I went to see some of their classroom’s. I investigated some of their classroom’s and looked at what I liked about them. Next I had to go get some food. I found a little restaurant called the Mayflower Cafe. I had four pancakes and some apple juice. I love pancakes and those were one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. I had to go fast if I was going to be on schedule. I drove till I was in Dallas, Texas, and I stopped at a sub shop called Mr. Goodcents Subs & Pasta. I ordered a classic ham and cheese sub and a little bit of pasta. I ate in the car because it was too cold in the restaurant. I had to go get gas at the nearest station. I found one about a mile from where the sub shop was. I was already starting to get tired of driving, and I wanted to stop somewhere and sleep, but I drove until I was in Hobbs, New Mexico. I ate at a Mexican restaurant called La Paloma. I had a couple hard shell tacos and some fried rice and a lemonade. Tacos are my favorite food, and they looked really good at the restaurant. Then I drove until I got to a hotel in Arizona. I stopped at Wrights At The Biltmore.

Point 4- My alarm went off at 8:00 a.m. I got up and got ready for the day. I went down to the hotel breakfast and got some eggs, bacon and some juice. I felt way better after I had something in my stomach. I left the hotel at 9:15 and wanted to see Arizona State University. The hotel was right beside the college. I got to the college at 9:30, and I was excited to look at the college. It was fun looking at colleges and walking around through campus and seeing what if feels like to be in college. I went and saw some of their buildings and a couple classrooms that were empty. I also went to the library and looked for a couple books that I could find about the college. I find out that in 2011 it is the second largest public university in the United States by enrollment. After I had gone through the campus I had to go and eat. I ate at Makai Cafe and it was very good. Mostly because I was so hungry. Next I drove until I was in Las Vegas. I drove around in Vegas to see what it was like because I had never been to Las Vegas. Then I found a place to eat. It was called Amena Bakery. I had a sandwich and some tomato soup. After I ate, I drove to Beatty, Nevada, and ate at a restaurant there. Then I drove to my hotel in Sacramento, California. The hotel was called Embassy Suites.

I woke up with the birds singing a sweet song. I get ready for the day. I eat at the breakfast downstairs and I have a bagel with cream cheese and a yogurt. Then I drive to the university of Oregon. I walk through the campus and see what I like about the university. I looked at their football stadium and their gym. I saw lots of people walking to their classes and people who were running and jogging. After I see the college I am eager to get back home. I drive until it is lunch time and I stop at Castle Ranch Steakhouse. I felt extravagant after eating the meal. Then I drive through Billings, Montana and stop at a Burger King there. I order two double cheese burgers and a medium fry and a drink. I devoured my food and gusuled down my drink. Next I stay at a hotel in Gillette, Wyoming. As I walk into the hotel the colors engulf me and it feels like I’m staying in another world. I felt so good when I sat down in the bed. Instantly I fall asleep.

The next morning I wake up with my blankets on the ground. I feel sick; I go and get something hot to drink. I go downstairs and get some hot chocolate. I get ready for the day and get into my car. I start my car and my car starts and then makes this weird splutter noise and then the car turns off. I go to the front of the car and open up the hood. I look and there is smoke everywhere so I go back into the hotel and wait there until I go back to my car and think that its safe to start again. I start my car and I get on the road. I head through Rapid City and get breakfast, I get some pancakes with chocolate chips in them and an orange juice. The pancakes were extravagant. The savory taste of the nice and warm pancakes made my mouth water. The cool taste of the tart orange juice made me feel amazing. After the meal I go and get gas and a gas station. I go inside to pay and I pull out my wallet and I realize that I don’t have any money! So I have to use my debit card, which I can only use for emergencies. I pay for my gas and I get back on the road. I drive through South Dakota and decide to stop at the Empire Mall in Sioux Falls. There are so many people there! I stop and see what stores they have. I look through a couple of stores and I decide that I should look for some shoes. I go into Champ’s and pick out a pair of shoes that I like. They are a pairs of Asics and they are the new style. The clerk says they are $123.00. I pay him and he says, “Have a nice day now.” After I am satisfied with my buy I look through one more store and decide to go back home. Next I drive to a McDonald's and I order a large chocolate shake and a double cheeseburger. I absolutely love McDonald’s chocolate shakes. They put whipped cream on it and a cherry. after I ate, I started heading for home. I was driving down the middle of the road and then I heard a loud bursting noise. I pulled over to the side of the road to see what was going on. I looked down at all of my tires and my left back tire had burst. I had no idea how to put on a tire or take off the one on the car. I called a tow truck but they said they wouldn't be there for an hour, so I called my parents and asked if they could come and get me. I was about a half an hour away from Spirit Lake and it was a little embarrassing but at least I got home safely. When I got back into Spirit Lake I was relieved that the trip was over and I could go back to being in normal Spirit Lake. I was a little homesick but I was glad I went on the trip. I had so much fun going on that trip. I learned a lot about the colleges that I went to. I learned that most people would want to go to Iowa State because it is close to home and most of their friends go there.
