Becoming Numb
Have you ever felt so deep in your own self, that you can hardly see or recognize the world around you? Every whisper or bump in the night goes unnoticed, and you don't know whether you're sad, angry, or just done, simple as that. You let the phone slip out of your hand and don't WANT to be apart of the outside world, so you fall into a type of emotional coma, maybe that will just make things better. Being alone, being quiet, being dumb and somehow happy all at once, becoming numb.
