The Pimps Tale
The Pimps Tale
In Detroit there was a pimp. Having experienced the life of a pimp for years, he decided he was done with the life of pimping women. The pimps name was Gull. Gull was forty years old; he only had a few wrinkles. Loosing connections from the prostitutes, Gull went on to marry one. Gull grew up with the fact that no prostitute could ever love, however he knew the one he married was the one for him. Gull married the one called Bene. Bene was only twenty four, young and very beautiful.
The married couple would go out to a fancy restaurant to for dinner once a week. With the money he used to make Gull could definitely afford it. “Let’s go to the Red Coat.” Bene said to Gull.
“Let’s go.” Gull smiled at Bene.
On their arrival the Gull and Bene were asked smoking or no smoking section. “She doesn’t smoke.” Gull said smiling at Bene. The couple went down to eat in the non-smoking section. After having a nice dinner Gull and Bene walked happily out the restaurant, with their stomachs full. Heading to Gulls car they passed an alley, where right before their eyes a murder was happening. A man in a long black coat was aiming at another helpless man lying or the ground. The gunman pulled the trigger, killing the victim where he laid. Stunned from witnessing a murder, Gull and Bene stood there as the killer looked at them. The man slowly raised his arm, pointing the gun at Gull and Bene. Having the gun pointed at him, Gull snapped out of his trans. Gull swiftly grabbed Bene by her arm and ran to his car, successfully getting away without a shot even being fired at them.
Gull and Bene arrived home; although they were home they knew they were in danger. “I’m going to call the police.” Bene said as she ran up the stairs. Paranoid, Gull closed the blinds and turned off all the lights in his house. “I talked to the police.” Bene said. “They want us to go into a witness protection program.”
Gull sat down on a nearby couch. “Where?” Gull asked.
“Chicago.” Bene said as she sat down next to her worried husband.
The next day Gull and Bene reached their destination in Chicago. Their destination was a very old house that looked as if it has been vacant for some years. Gull and Bene walked to the front door and Gull knocked on the door, assuming the doorbell did not work. Gull and Bene waited to get an answer, but there was no answer. Gull opened the door, which was not locked. They looked all through the house, upstairs, and down, but there was no one or anything in the house.
Hours went by as Gull and Bene shared nothing but words and much needed laughs while sitting on the dusty floor. Both forgot that the homeowner hasn’t even showed up to the house yet. “We should see what kind of restaurants are around here.” Bene asked Gull.
“Yeah, I’m tired of sitting on this dirty floor.” Gull said getting up from the ground like he was older than he was. Gull and Bene walked out of the house and noticed the dark sky. They knew they were going to have a perfect night with each other, however, waiting for them outside was the murderer the saw in Detroit. The killer once again raised his arm pointing his gun and Gull.
“We can work something out.” Gull pleaded. “We promise we won’t utter a word to anybody!”
“You witnessed a murder. I can’t leave you alive.” The murderer said to Gull. Gull looked down in great sorrow, knowing that his time on Earth has now ended. Gull then looked at his wife with what looked like a glimmer of hope.
“I can say a full page about how much I love you and that I loved being married to you.” Gull said while he held Benes hands. “But you know I love you, and my dying wish is for you to tell me you love me one last time” Gull said with a smile that masked the fact that he was going to die in a few seconds.
Benes face turned from frightened to stone. “I’m sorry but, I don’t love you.” Bene said to Gull.
“What?” Gull asked in a quiet voice before the gun went off and a bullet pierced through his heart. Gull dropped dead on the ground. Bene walked up to the killer. “You got a smoke?” Bene asked. The killer gave her a cigerate and lit it for her.
“Now you get all his money right?” the killer asked Bene.
“Yup, and thanks for doing the job, I did not want pull the trigger, I’ll make sure you’ll be paid well.” Bene told the killer. “What a sad gullible man” Bene said as they both walked away.
