As it started my heart began to race
I slammed it in drive and pressed the pedal
The car sped away with amazing pace
The beautiful car made of some metal
The freedom was forever as i drove
The rumbling of the car gave me chills
The car stopped when i reached a rocky cove
The next stop was to take it through the hills
A shiny red light brought it to a stop
Next a car pulled up with a compliment
I was driving down the road and heard a pop
As i got out to look the rim was bent
The car is a love-hate relationship
Next time you are feeling down take a trip
