Summary:

Parker believes there is no reason to his existence. He will die someday. So what's the point of trying so hard towards nothing? I guess you could consider this his motto that he lives by. He goes his whole senior year without turning in a single assignment. He spends his classes doodling in his books, but when it's time for him to actually deliver in art class he shuts down. He spends his days dwelling on things no others would think of. With three weeks left of the year his teachers have finally reached their limit. Do your assignments or get expelled. Parker saw this as a no brain-er: I'll take expulsion. But will cause this young man to stray from his original dimmed-world views?
