The term “America home of the Brave” is definitely hitting the nail on the head. We have the ability to spring back and move forward and we have the history to prove it. Billy Mitchell was the first man to bring the air force into warfare. Everybody thought he was a joke but what they didn’t expect was his powers, determination and resiliency. He proved whoever doubted him wrong. Then there were the westward pioneers, who, beyond any doubt, had determination and resiliency. They gushed their blood sweat and tears to encounter the taste of a more desirable life. Also World War 2, the combat on the field and off that challenge our well-being. We took out the guns of determination and resiliency and we pulled through. Determination, resiliency, two words that sums up America.
