according to me this word is too unique cause to related with inner world if someone has inner world strong, so he can think easily he has got all things without saying anything. if we observe about calm , this word can give us everything but it has some rules that is you will have to keep calm/silent we can grow and get a lot of things basis on this & also think about our problem, our working, our discussion, our upcoming days and events, specially our life etc. like is called: who person keep calm so he has got a lot of things but we don't use and don't practice it.

I give you an example A person talks a lot of at a time and he doesn't keep calm so cause of this issue others peoples will not take serious them and they also will ignore them, cause of this thing he has got tired and he also feel unhappy himself because he is talking at a time and an other hand A person talks sometime and sometimes keep quiet means he talk point to point and others peoples enjoy them and try to come near him and he doesn't feel bad and this type of things because when he was 10 year old he had decided I will never talk a lot of but I keep calm and silent because he understood it hasn't got any advantages so I should keep calm so that I can realize good and better.

if we look educated person, you never look that they talk many time any any time cause of getting education and good company so we also must keep calm.
