Hang in There
You learn to live with it. Contrary to what anyone says, you will never forget. Someday, it will be pushed to the back of your mind but you will never forget the look on his face as he shattered your entire world. You will never forget the physical agony you felt as you tried to keep living. You simply learn to live with it.
But here is the good news: someday, you will be a published author. Someday, you will find a man that looks at you like Gatsby looked at Daisy. Someday, your life will be more more amazing than you ever thought possible.
Hang in there. Believe me.
