My Scary expeirence with my father
When I was 7, I had a lot of things happen to me. But, there was one thing that really affected me. And that was a time I really truly was sad and mad. It was the day my dad almost died. It will be a day I will always remember that day.
When I see to live in bush there was this park we always use to go too. It was a fun park the park looked like there was no gang violence or anything. My dad was in a gang at that time. So there were lots of shootings in that area but the park seemed safe too me. Every time we went there were no arguments, no fighting, no gangs, just fun. I loved playing around with all the kids. And its very fun there everybody was there when I was there.
One day though my dad and his friend were blowing up fireworks in the field. I was on the park bench with my mom and my little brothers and sisters. As my mom was yelling to my dad something, I seen a black truck rolled up to the curb. And my mom yelled to my dad again but in a scared voice. She said,”peter get down.” And my dad’s friend pushed my dad out of the way and then I heard a lot was bangs and people screaming. Someone got shot and I seen red on the green nice grass. Thankfully my dad didn’t get hurt because of his friend. And I am glad that I can see my dad every day. I am still scared that one day I might see him get shot. But I am not going to worry about that now I am going to spend my time with him.
