Jumper
It was a quite Saturday afternoon the weather outside was hot and muggy. P.B.S kids had just stopped playing on the television, bored and with nothing to do I sat down by the television quietly. My mother had just come from the shower she had the water temperature up on high again I could tell because there was vapor coming from her skin. I generally tried to avoid my mom on Saturdays she was notorious for giving mountains upon mountains of chores. But I could not escape my fate of doing the chores. She called me into the kitchen and read off to me a superfluous list of chores (half of which id never completed) then she proceeded to say “I expect these chores to be done in the allotted amount of time” she then with a scornful look walked out the door to go to the market. I soon began to attempt the chores but grew tired of doing the same things repetitiously I wanted an adventure. With every passing minute my mind began to drift off into a sub concisions state one deeper than the next I soon realized that I was just staring at the balcony of my second floor I knew what I had to do. I quickly raided the coat closet for the biggest umbrella I could find it was about 2.5 feet in diameter I then slowly began my ascent up the stairs. Slowly but surely I gathered the courage to climb atop of the balcony then I tried to gather every nuance of strength in my foolish body but I simply couldn’t. I was In too deep over my head so I was too afraid to get down but with the swiftness of a eagle I fell and heard a terrible snap. Next to my mangled body was a snapped 800$ umbrella and an angry mom I cant tell you what happens next but rest assured it never happened again.
