"When the coroner cuts me open, he will find ink in my veins and blood on my typewriter keys."

I’ve punched your shoulders, I’ve rubbed your shoulders, I’ve poked your shoulders, I’ve fallen asleep with my head on your shoulders. But now I cry, with no shoulders to lean on, because your shoulders are buried 6 feet below the ground. Your shoulders are rotting beneath the dirt and the trees and the sky because you didn’t like the world and you didn’t like me, and my shoulders where never there when you wanted to cry.

This is really personal and powerful. It's a great way to express this situation, too.
