Loneliness
Imagine this: You are the school, someone is telling you that you?e alone and saying “are you alone?” Then if someone said you are alone say “ I? really alone.” But what I? saying is that you really can do it yourself to see what you are really thinking to see if you?e alone or not. Do you think that this can really happen to you? Well, there is solution. I think what you need to do is to prevent the loneliness from happening. I strongly believe that being loneliness can kill you.
One reason is that if you are being loneliness at the school the brain can kill you and the only way to stop it is by using your own memories so that when you go outside your loneliness will gone away. The definition of loneliness is sadness because one has no friends or company ( ¨Google” , 2016). That means that you are really standing from isolation ( “ Dictionary”, 2016). Where do really loneliness comes from? Well, it really comes from your health problems to make your dreams come true. How does loneliness really affects you? Well, according to studies, about ? of that group had developed full AIDS, and slightly more than a quarter had died. (“The Lethality of Loneliness”, 2013) If you are really having a problem of loneliness the doctor can give you some tips to prevent loneliness. How can loneliness kill you? If you try being lonely at the school, it Another reason is that loneliness can really damage your brain. Trust me, I know. Then the loneliness had destroys the quality and efficiency of sleep, so it can really be restorative. According to wikipedia, there is a clear distinction between feeling lonely and being socially isolated (for example, a loner). You know sometimes loneliness might be able to begin to see where these feelings are coming from-----what they are really connected in our lives. How do we contribute to our own sense of loneliness? Well, loneliness is a passive state. That is, it is maintained by our passively letting it continue and doing nothing to change it. We hope it will go away, eventually, and we do nothing but let it envelop us. Strangely, there are times when we might even embrace the feeling of it yet. Yet, embracing loneliness and sinking down into the feelings associated with it usually leads to a sense of depression and helplessness, which, in turn, leads to an even more passive state and more depression. (“How to deal with loneliness”, 2016) Based on the facts that I research, each human being comes into the world alone, travels through life as a separate person, and ultimately dies alone. Coping with this, accepting it and learning how to direct our own lives with some degree of grace and satisfaction is the human condition. (“Wikipedia,” 2016) Last reason is that if you find some ways to get loneliness that you can prevent here are some facts: How to deal with loneliness? Well, loneliness is a feeling of emptiness or hollowness inside you. You feel isolated or separated from the world, cut off from those you would like to have contact with. There are different kinds of loneliness and different degrees of loneliness. You might experience loneliness as a vague feeling that something is not right, a kind of minor emptiness. Or you might feel loneliness as a very intense deprivation and deep pain. One type of loneliness might be related to missing a specific individual because they have died or because they are so far away. Another type might be involve feeling alone and out contact with people because you are actually physically isolated from people like you might be if you work alone on the night shift or are off alone in a part of a building where people seldom go. You might even feel emotionally isolated when you are surrounded by people but are having difficulty reaching out to them. (“How To Deal With Loneliness,” 2016)
Last reason is loneliness can kill you if stayed being alone all day. I see what people do to cope with loneliness, but you are right. The first detail is some of the 8 facts that helps you being coping with loneliness:
1. Think what about is making you lonely.

3. Open up.
4. Take it slow.
5. Be careful when comparing yourself to others.
6. Check how are you feeling.
7. Get some help.

In conclusion, loneliness can really kill you. You can really know that being alone at the house is like killing you right now. How does really loneliness protect you?
