The Poor Old Man
One day this girl named Stella was walking home from school, she decided to help this poor old man that was on the side of the street. Stella asked if he needed something because he looked lost. The old man answered "I have to find out where my house is at.” Stella asked him "Do you know the address to your house or what street you live in." The old man said " I think I live on the street called Washington Drive."
Stella helped the poor man by going street by street until she found the street the poor old man lived on. The old man and her went to each house and asked if they knew the old man. Stella and the old man reached the last house on the block and the old man was tired so she told the old man to sit down on the grass and relax. She knock on the last house and the women answered the door and asked Stella “ Yes may I help you?” Stella answered the lady “ Do you know that old man because I saw him on my way walking home and he looked confused so I wanted to help him get to his house.” The lady said “ Yes, I know him he's my father, thank you for bringing him home.” The lady called out his name and he quickly looked to see who was calling him. The lady asked Stella if she needed a ride home, she said"No." " I insist" the lady said. The lady thanked Stella again for bringing her dad home. Stella said "It's no problem." The lady told Stella if she ever needed anything to go see her.
