Teen Driving
Have you ever been driving and then BAM you don’t know what’s going to happen next? Well with teens they don’t have as much experience as the adults and they are trying to text or blare music when they need to be focusing on the road. People need to help all teens be safer with driving.
Teenagers have an average of 68% that have been in car accidents. Adults have a 32% of getting in car accidents and they have been driving for so many years, so it is easier for them to not get in a car accident. There should be more rules on ages and driving like they get their licenses when they are 16 but have to wait till they are 18 to be able to blare music or have a bunch of friends in their car goofing around. Parents should try to enforce more rules like this. Every 2 out of 3 teenagers will have been in a car accident in their teen years. A total of 2,823 teens’ ages 13-19 have died in car accidents in 2011. “ Information technology has been one of the leading drivers of globalization, and it may also become one of its major victims” By: Evgeny Morozov. There should be 2 driving test that the teenager should have to pass a regular one and a winter one, so that way parents can be confident in the winter when they are sending their teens out. There are theses teens that got in a car accident. The car rolled three times after hitting the ditch. The car was totaled and the teens were bumped and bruised but not severe. It was because of the snow and winter. Do you really want that to be your teen and anybody else in the car?
Its not just teens who are unsafe driving but teens don't know what its like yet they are not as experienced. We should make people more interested in teens driving. They need to know that can be unsafe. BEEP BEEP BEEP… “Bye mom see you later.”, said her 16-year-old son.
