To whomever it may concern

I am a senior in high school. As I’m sure you're aware, as a senior I am trying very hard to balance my academics, social life, and job, while also trying to save as much money as I can so that I can further my knowledge by going to college. College is something that is really important to me but also costs a fortune. With the amount of time I have while still being fully enrolled in school, it is hard to make a good amount of money, and I am far from rich. I also buy all of my own necessities, as my parents do not pay for my stuff anymore in order to prepare me for my life a head. Over the past few years I have found myself two options. Buy cheap clothes, which is saving money, but the quality of the items are bad, or pay more for my clothes and have the reassurance of knowing that these products are made to last. I've chosen to pay more for a much better quality item by shopping at your stores. I have been thoroughly satisfied until my last purchase.

About a month ago I purchased a pair of Groove Pants in the color black/ quilt 08 fall 2013. I wore them about six times before I noticed they had ripped near the top in the seam. They are now unwearable because the rip has gotten bigger and I am not comfortable with my skin being shown there. I also do not believe that anything like this should happen for the price I paid for them and the amount of time they lasted me. As a customer of your products I hope there is something you can do to help.

While this is the only bad experience I have had with your products, I will continue to be a customer at your stores. As a business and organization you should be proud of the products and quality you are manufacturing.
