Not Just A Camp
Every summer I go off to camp for a month in Maryland. It's right on the Chesapeake Bay so you can go sailing, water skiing and tubing. I've met a lot of friends at camp, and I've also learned a lot at that camp. I learned to trust people, and team work. I met one of my best friends at camp, Kaitlin. We've had a lot of good times together at camp and I can trust her with anything and I can count on her. Although when you first arrive to camp all the faces you see are unfamiliar and you don't even know there name, but by the end of camp they end up being your second family. Not only are the other campers there are nice, the staff that works there are also super nice which makes you feel at home. A lot of the activities that you can choose to take include team building, like high ropes, athletics, sailing, and performing. I've made a lot of memories at my camp and I've been going there sense I was seven years old. A lot of my friends that either have gone there for a long time or just started going there love camp, maybe not as much as I do but they love it. I've met so many people that I can call my best friends now like Kaitlin, Izzy, Kat, Jackie, Juge, Eric, Cierra, Reid, Henry, Lance, Kay, Julia, and more. I always miss camp during the school year, thanks to my good friends and staff camp is not only just another place I go during camp, it is also my second home.
