As we near the end of spring and come closer to summer, we have to start thinking about our wardrobe. Thankfully, many of the spring fashion trends are still in full force going into summer. All it takes is a little tweaking and your summer closet is set to go.

If you want to give the leather trend a try this season, be sure to wear it in a mini skirt or tank top (save your leather jackets for next season). Instead of wearing a pair of distressed overalls, try sporting some sortalls so your legs can breathe in the warmer months.

This summer try going back to the sixties. Fashion designers all over the world are still getting inspiration from this very unique time period. One of the prettiest trends this summer is applique, the best way to make a 3-D flower statement.

For a more pretty, chic look, try a peplum dress, skirt or top this summer. Also try some ruffles for a cute, pretty twist on a plain top or dress. Another trend that is still hanging around is oriental prints. Try this unique colorful print on pants, skirts, dresses and tops.
Another trend to rock this summer is neon bright clothing. Weather you go for shoes, pants or a tee-shirt neon is the way to go.
