If you are on the go and in a hurry, sometimes it is hard to eat as healthy as you should. With all of the fast food options out there, people tend to eat way too many calories in a day. Even though it tastes really good and may even seem like it is a healthier choice, there are some surprising nutritional facts about every meal that people eat. There are so many bad choices in meals out there, but there is almost always a better choice that is healthier.
10. McDonald’s Big Breakfast with Large Biscuit, Hotcakes, Margarine, Syrup, and Milk

Some may think that eating a bigger breakfast will help get their metabolism going, but this meal is more than two thirds of the calories that you should eat in a day. This meal alone also has more than a day’s worth of saturated fat. The eggs are really the only good thing on the plate for you. The pancakes, biscuit, sausage, and hash brown are not going to help your body out at all.
