Alcohol can have different effects on people such as sleepiness, happiness and relaxation.
People drink alcohol to change their mood and get away from the bad times for abit but this can sometimes lead to drinking more and more then they get ill so please be aware.
Why people smoke…..
Everyday millions of people smoke cigarettes.
Some people because of stress, others may do it because of loneliness but most teenagers on do it when they are with their friends to look cool.
It’s a bad habit and if you do smoke make sure you get your own cigarettes because you don’t know what people could have put in it.
