The fiction work “The Love of the Universe” by Rhyn_Procidens left me feeling sad but also in awe. To describe it in one word, I would use revere. In the fiction work, the author wrote about the universe in nature and the part I loved most of it was how the narrator described nature: “[…] a wild and unpredictable force that does as it wishes, watching for each effect and casualty of life.” I also love the imagery the author uses throughout the whole story. The work almost has a sort of rhythm to it and it’s slow and soft and flowing. The narrator goes on to talk about love and how, eventually, all love perishes, and how the universe will eventually perish one day too, but no one will be left to mourn it: “[…] for it is known that love and life are never everlasting for one say he will be dust and the universe will mourn, and one day the universe will finally be dust […]”.
