In the article, “The Oceans Between Us”, by Eugenia L, She presents a very relatable story for teens worldwide. As the world evolves, certain differences of teens begin to stand out. Whether these differences  show through the actions or the way teens dress, Lee justified these differences by simply stating, “humans are different” and that the only thing that seperates teen experiences are “the oceans between us”. Teens across the world face problems of all sizes and begin to think they are alone, however, Lee made it clear that despite the emotion we feel in the midst of our situation, there is someone, somewhere, who is going through the same exact thing. This article was comforting for teens worldwide.
