I found Natalie's article "Survival of the most popular" extremely inspiring because of the moral of the story being kindness & the power of friendship to inspire. Natalie wanted to be popular in her new school and I remember when high school was started I wanted to fit in and please everyone, but that was not exactly how it worked out. I was quiet and I didn't really get along with everyone as I had imagined but I had good friends and I didn't need to be known and liked by everyone to survive high school. Natalie met an unpopular girl and became best friends with her that the friendship brought out positivity and moved her forward. She forgot about wanting to be popular to survive and took in being kind to win. Surviving high school doesn't involve being popular or known but being kind and having a positive mindset. Thank you Natalie for your story on popularity and how beautiful being kind is and the change it brings out.
