I think this is a beautiful story Bgarten1025. I've lost a sister so I can relate to this. You're right, it never gets better, people just keep telling you to move on and forget, that that's easiest. That's what my dad hates. He doesn't want to forget her. He believes that we live our lives to be in service of others, that we don't live for ourselves. I've seen what grief can do, and it's not pretty. I sincerely hope that you are working through this tragedy. Best of luck. And remember, everything will work out in the end. You'll see them again someday when the trumpets sound. 🙂

I truly felt inspired by how you said "The reason for life is not to live or die, it is everything in between..." I may just have read your story, but it was heart-felt and love-strucking. I'm sure you've heard this many times but i am very sorry for your loss. In the year you have posted this i hope you are much more happier. I understand you miss your grandparents, but the best thing to do is just keep moving forward. That's what your grandparents would have wanted. For you to be happy.
