Well, I don't entirely dislike it myself, but it could be a lot more powerful in conveying the message you wrote. Maybe a sepia toned closeup of the eye with a falling tear? That's just my taste. The dramatic red lips almost distract; the look on her/your face is almost confused...the message you wrote is powerful and strong, but the accompanying image may not have been the perfect choice. Keep trying though, I think you have potential to create some pretty impressive pieces.
