A empty room

August 16, 2011
I used to love nature.
Watch a flower grow and bloom.
Now I am all alone
Here in an empty room.

I used to love to play.
The suns rays, i used to consume.
But even the sun himself has left me
Here in an empty room.

I suppose because it has reasons.
To which I do presume.
To leave me here to die,
Here in an empty room.

"Or perhaps maybe not"
I say, as i build my tomb.
And yet, what does it matter? I am
Here in an empty room.

Farewell to anyone who hears me.
I speak with great volume.
I shall see you in another life, or perhaps,
Here in an empty room.

This is a really great poem! The rhyming made it flow very well. The meaning behind it seems so complex and sad, but i totally understand it. The second to last stanza seems a bit weaker than the rest of the poem. Other than that, I love it! PLus, the picture is perfect! It's always hard for me to find a picture that fits my poems so yeah, ik just noticed that. lol
