These are the days when you just feel like falling,
Drifting away to another place where your judgement day will transpire.
It takes every ounce of your being to not cry...
Break down in this cruel world filled with lies,
These are my transitions.

Riding down the metro rail,
Wondering where we went wrong,
Lost tears flying out the window,
The end is near, no need to tremble...
These are my transitions.

Broken down in the night,
Nothing left to fear but the shadow on the wall above...
You say change is coming, but your words are just a temptation...
These are my transitions.

Fallen to the ground,
Understatement is a fraud,
You left me with dreams in a twisted manner,
It's time to turn the table...
These are my transitions.

Who were you to kill my steam?
Who were you to judge my behavior?
I'm in pieces now,
No way to recover...

[Chorus;x2]
These are my transitions,
These are my temptations,
These are our wasted memories burning to ashes...
This is what you are to me now.

I'm falling back to Earth,
Catch me if you dare--
It won't matter anyhow,
It's not like I care.

These are my transitions...

The author's comments:
I used my experiences I've had with past relationships to write these lyrics. I wanted to express the emotions behind feeling broken inside and then finally discovering truth within yourself.
