Possession
His hands
That caressed me so lovingly
Also struck me in his fits of rage
His eyes
That watched over me so carefully
Also grew bloodshot and glared when I said no
His voice
That spoke to me so gently
Also hissed and yelled if I wandered too far
His fingers
Which fit perfectly in between mine
Also impaled me until I bled
Nevertheless I lingered for so long
Because he lapped me up
And called it love
