You Left Me an Inkling
I thought I knew of God,
or at least I knew of Faith,
but you with your iconoclastic body
and ineffably corrupting ways
You taught me how to worship,
with whispers and sighs,
with gestures and feelings and heartfelt goodbyes.
And now you've left me here, questioning my senses.
