Another Heartbeat Wanted

Worries screaming.
Emotions rising.
Silence singing.
You long for someone,
Someone to free you from all the madness in the world.
Your heart is longing, for another heartbeat beside you.
For that other heartbeat to listen, to your words, to understand
Who you are.
Writing it down, is not enough,
Another heart is needed,
to join together as one.
No love is needed,
Only understanding.
Deep conversations into the wee hours of the night,
To then wake up to the sun gleaming down upon you
Because you feel free
