Ferocious and wild the tiger runs free
To stalk the prey that is needed to feed
Silent with stealth the tiger moves quick
Sure to be quite and ever so slick
The tiger leaps out to capture its prey
only to see it running away
The animal runs fast overcome with fright
As the tiger watches it run out of sight
Confused and distraught he heads back to his den
Maybe tomorrow he'll see it again
