Heartfelt Sun
Hear the heartbeat in the heartfelt sun
It echoes & shatters, ignorant eardrums. Deaf.
It takes the hollowness in hearts, the shallowness
Taints them, hurts them – teaching them their parts
“Don’t you dare feel,” says the heartfelt sun
“For I am the only-Only-only one,
who’ll survive.”
Little did the hearts know feelings will always come & go
But it’s not their job to feel them
For pain is weakness
For love is vacant
For tears are malevolent
For smiles are sinful
The heartfelt sun understands this
That’s why the heartfelt sun is empty,
As vacant as love
So when the whole world is drowning in feelings
It is the only one who’ll survive, rise to the surface
“Don’t you dare feel,” says & said the heartfelt sun
“For I am the only-Only-only one,
who’ll survive.”
