Because of you, I randomly smile
I feel more complete, like life is worthwhile
Because of you, I can get so crazy
Your energy is radiant, making mine seem lazy
Because of you, I don’t feel alone
The house is full, even when no one is home
But because of you, I cry every night
I knew I was winning, but still lost the fight
Because of you, I’ve given up trying
My hope has been lost, and I’m slowly dying.
