Could I get some rain down here?

Just a drop,

a drizzle.

A downpour’d be nice.

It’s been so long.

I forget the feeling.

And why not now?

See, now could be a great time,

to really make a change.

Now is the perfect time

to stop this drought.

My ground is cracked

and my air is dry.

I know you can help.

Will you?

This is like something a person experiencing the Dust Bowl would say! (why did you space it? ive seen that and sometimes it goes with the theme, but im not getting it here)
