You made promises,
A little girl misses,
I thought you quit,
But it doesn’t seem it,
Can you even walk a straight line?
It hurts every time,
I hope you’re blue,
Knowing your flesh and blood hates you,
You destroyed my life,
Like a flood to a valley,
Came without warning,
Causing so much pain,
Lucky to hide my tears in the rain,
Do you have any shame?
I’ve become numb to the silence,
Are you telling me what I want to hear?
Or, do you even care?
Can you look me in the eye,
Without telling a lie,
And tell me, you love me?
