Alone

She cries and she cries
But the darkness won't die
Her hearts been shattered
Because all she's ever heard were lies

Wanting so hard to not be
What she's become
Not knowing what to do
With her unwanted love
Amazed by the fact that
You still still stick around
You're in her head
Her thoughts can't be unbound

You can't tell her how
To love her life
You can't tell her what is true
You can't tell her how
To get through this strife
'Til you tell her how
To Forget you

She's broken and
She can't be fixed
The signals you send
Are severely mixed
This is her life
Not a game to be played
Just leave her alone
Let her heart mend that way

She tries and she tries
But the feelings won't die
Without you she's broken
You're where her heart lies

Ripped apart from the seams
You crushed the hope she had left
Along with that: her dreams

You lied and you abused
Made her heart feel used
And now you leave
You say goodbye

Thank God you'll be gone
But she'll still cry
Her heart will leave and
Slowly fade
Betrayed, bruised, and so afraid

I hope your happy-
She's lost her soul
She won't find it again-
It's gone with your love

It's with you
You who is untrue
Everyday day that you roam
Expect her to be

Alone.
