Mass Chaos

When I open my mouth the words come out
Crimson tears relieve this drought
A shard of glass in my spine
Hateful words form an outline
A lie is a drug that rips you apart
Its like a cardiac arrest without a heart
With the blink of an eye it goes away
A tainted rainbow turns the sky gray
Mass confusion caused by terror
Hit backspace to fix the error
Another bomb destroys a house
Killing someone who had a spouse
Its not the fault of man
Except when you hold a life in your hand
Up to god whether you live or die
I never want to see a man cry
There are bodies scattered all over town
In the bottom of the lake they were left to drown
Leaving all traces of hope behind
Its the thing at night that makes your teeth grind
