The Random Rainfall

The random rainfall on city streets
paints a picture of a perfect scene.
Double dating teens embrace one another,
their laughter fills the puddles and gutters.
Christmas lights line the riverfront
as stars line constellations.
A man in a doorway draped in coats
takes a break from lifes responsibilities
to take in all that life has to offer.
Heros vs villians in the park.
The two in new found love
sit in the coffee house
surrounded by friends
whom but seem lost in their peripheral vision.
Amours foundation.
Limbs as beams.
Emotional blueprints.
Hand in hand, made for eachother.
