Freedom Decided

March 6, 2008

The midnight sky,
as dark as it can be
light still shows,
when struggle occurs
we look to the night for guidance,
let the stars light a path gaze upon pending freedom.
There is no time to be hesitant
for this is a new beginning,
now go and decide
this will shape our fate
there is no time for stalling
a new age has come,
though one mans freedom
is an other mans wrath
we look to the sky
and choose our path

What's up Mike? I keep trying to get to my friend's poem, but it always takes me here... so anyways, great poem. Love the message and the sort of dark, inspiring tone it has.
